I start a thread in good faith/humor, like always. What do I get? A carry-over from another thread full of pissing and moaning about this person and that person. I asked for it to be taken to pms. Even offered to look into the situation if someone would pm me more info. Did I get a response? NO.

I am ALL for debate. But let's back it up with logical, clear, concise, non-personal statements. No hair pulling and shit.

As far as me starting threads that exceed this content. Good flaming is one thing. Remarks that have been made, in the open letter thread especially simply cross the line in my opinion. I don't think you will find a thread in which I have said anything questionable, such as making light of a rape, HIV etc.

I agree that he should not have said that. I also dont think she is totally innocent in the situation that occurred or the situation that is occurring here. Dont Post explicit details and circumstances like that, you have to be aware that some people will take advantage of it...

I for one, found it tacky and tactless in the first place but It still should not have been exploited.

i only posted it because it happened that vee had a thread up which basically imo called for me to tell her and make other people aware that it happens. i was/am not really looking for sympathy, although i am grateful for it.

i just really don't want to see it happen to anyone else... btw, do you think it was tacky or tactless of dread lady to have posted what happened to her? i don't.

edited to ask for clarification: are you saying that you think i had anything i could have done to prevent what happened? other than not to have been drinking, i'll completely disagree with you there. i was in my own room passed out on my own bed, and someone came in my room uninvited.

anyway... back to the fun and hilarity. i really don't want to talk about it.
