ok does this sound right?

We really try not to flame anbody here. We just want to help people make the best and most educated decisions. But not listening to Radar's advice is just foolish. The man has a wealth of knowledge and I am very happy to say he has always helped me when I have had questions, so yeah, I would listen to whatever he says dude. He is just trying to help.
 
the ramping up and down is actually a good idea especially with dbol. a 2 day split is no good and you must need more than 3000k cals if your not gaining. im not trying to be smart or anything im just trying to help you reach your goal. if you keep doing what your doing now all the cycle will do for you is bloat you up a lot then you will shrink right back down to where you where as soon as you stop and your natural test production will be less than it was beore you started. if your willing to go to the extent of taking dangerous hormones to get where your trying to go you should be more than willing to lay it all out for evaluation for people who know how this stuf works to help you.
 
No one here agrees with or likes what youre doing so why are you even asking us what we think? WE ALL think it is a poor cycle, that you dont know enough, that your diet isnt corrent, and your training is weak and unstructured at best. Other than that, if you arent going to listen to us, dont waste our time. 10 weeks is NOT a long cycle A, B you should be taking PH's not Dbol if you arent listening about PCT and how to run things properly. Stop wasting our board space if you are NOT going to listen to the people with much more education that are trying to direct you in the right way. You sound to PRIDEFUL to admit that you need help with your diet and training and yu dont want to hear anything about it from anyone...So just move on, we arent going to co-sign a poor plan for you.

Not meant to be harsh, just the "way" responses are being directed dont seem in the most respectful, open minded way. I could be wrong, but thats just how its coming off. Or maybe the SARMS is making me irritable, lol

harsh post dude!!! what the hell u think i came on here for? i aint jus gonna turn around n do it anyway regardless of wat im been told..im on here to get peoples opinions not to get abused by sum1..why bother postin if ya aint been helpful! its u who should move on mate!!

certainly dude..i am takin heed to your posts n will be thinkin more about this the main reason like i said is cause every1 has different opinions so i tryin to gauge every1s n make the best choice...i realise radar knows his shit clearly dude its jus the cycle he suggested was 1 i hadn heard or considered so i posted to get more opinions thats all man..

nothing wrong with that.

there was a time where dbol was it. its what all the big boys used and they had no ai's or pct. they gradually tapered up then back down. this allowed minimal sides and keepable gains. dbol can be used in a variety of ways. if it is run alone it is best used this way. just keep reserching and asking questions just like your doing and hold off on the cycle until you are sure you are ready to go.
 
a more detailed diet schedule please... food is the most anabolic thing there is, without eating right it doesn't matter how much dbol, test, whatever you take, it's not going to work like it should if your diet isn't on par. you can pm me with any diet questions and i'll help you set one up that will kick start your growth and strength again without the use of hormones that will only shut you down with minimal overall results. no one said steroids are magic and make you grow without having to do anything.

it could also be that you need to change your training routine...

agree. no days off. keep it in your blood stream. high, high cals. lots lots of water. not much of a fan of oral only(unless when i first started and would fool myself) but u will see after a year or so when you bump up to intramuscular injection. not that i would do that stuff, unless i lived in Thailand or some where. Do what you are donna do, but log it very well. your weight increase, strength increase, calorie intake(exactly what u intake, clean food or not), watrer consumption, throughout cycle, after cycle and look back on it in a couple of years. it will make sense then. whatever radar told you is prob right on.
