Like a huge bowl of cereal!!!!!!!!! LMAO I say that because L just pored a whole bag into a bowl added milk and eat it. OMFG was it good.

5oz of trail mix per bag although keep in mind that the protein crisps are really really light so there is a crap load of them.

1 pack would be a meal for you bro and it would have a perfect brake down of 40/30/30
324 cals, 9g fat,32g protein,30 grams carbs (all from the fruits)
I know the label is fuzzy right now. I have my graphics guy working on making me a way better one but just wanted to get this up in the store now.

This is yet another 100% all natural product. As healthy as it gets here guys and far better then the 3-4.00 trail mix you get at the store that ha hardly any protein in it at all.
