It sux that even if you marry her the kid will still try and pull the bullshit about you not being their real father but you'll get it down. I had no problem with my girlfriend having 3 kids. The ex was scared of me after I called him on his bullshit a few times. It was fun being able to be a kid around the three little ones. Yeah they were a bit unruly at first but since I was paying the bills, I was setting the rules too. They shaped up and learned boundaries quickly. Manners were learned and chores set and to this day, the kids still follow the rules I set even though I am not with the mom anymore. The kids still call me every week and send me cards and art from school.
Yeah the schedule and availability is different when kids are involved, but a real man can handle it.
