Actually I think they do care. If they can get folks to sign up for memberships that are NOT serious about working out, then they get their money and no wear and tear on the facilities. It's the regulars that complain about the condition of the equipment and wear out the treadmills.

So the more folks they can get to join for the wrong reasons, the better.

I don't understand what all the fuss is about. When I roll into the gym with my see-through plastic backpack on, whistle hanging from my neck, light blue tinted sunglasses, and lolli pop hanging out of my mouth, I'm looking to hear some good music.

A water fountain? a dj? hahahaahahaaa, that maks me feel much better, my gym has blood-spit and chalk everywhere, the bathroom is a closet that some won't use, the cd player is constantly skipping from chalk being in it and we always have visitors from other countries stopping by. oh and it's free. muhaha! I LOVE IT!

My gym is decently hardcore, around 4-6 at least 50 percent of the guys are or were on juice.

I mean, when you see a black guy with 20 inch arms that probably weighs 270 or more or a guy doing incline presses with 140s but looks like a roadmap of vascularity (cough tren cough) than there isnt much doubt...
