Novice BB Shows?

PA is right. My next show is 6/1 and my diet begins 2/16. I am currently at 8%bodyfat with calipers and come in at 3% with calipers come contest day. i eat no sugar, dairy, juices, flour, oil and small amounts of lean beef. Mostly unprocessed chicken breast with no skin and white fish.I take in no carbs after my dinner and do cardio on a high incline for 45 minutes at a moderate level. I do not cheat as my motto is my competitors are not cheating. I do one bodypart per day fairly heavy up to my shows. last week is sodium depletion, carb depletion, and last two days water depletion.(drink what i pee out only). this is fucking tough and takes drive and follow through. you can do anything you really put your mind to.

flexed1, you should come over to anabolic fitness sometime.....i am a mod in the "competitor's corner". many guys and girls post what they are doing for and how they place in the shows they do, including myself. i have posted my cycle and diet there as well. hope to see you, and anyone else interested, over there.

PA thanks and amybe i will see you on a national stage as I recall we both compete lightweight? My last show I was second but this year will blow folks away with 12 more pounds on stage to come in fuller and just as dry.

Flexed1...I will at the very least be there to cheer you on. Thanks for taking the time to set all that straight. I still eat bread (1 bun or 2 slices) at my 11:00 am meal, and a tortilla at my 8:30 am. I drink V8 and diet soda. I use a little oil when cooking and also eat lots of cheese and milk.

Now I can see some good places to clean up on. I need to model all my meals after the 3:00 and 6:00.

As a matter of fact...yes it does have to be absolutlyfuckingperfect. I have not used GH yet and I get fucking shreaded. I may this year for the USA if I can spare the beans!

Dieting for a show will be one of the most difficult things you will ever do, if you decide to do that.

In the D/FW area, there will be several shows that you can go see. PM me if you want more info. I do not know of any shows outside of the NPC, but I know there are a few of those.

And anyone can diet and get their bodyfat that low. But you pay a price.

My bad sorry. I eat no bread, no tortillas, and for sure no v8 juice. Try Crystal Light ( i like pink lemonade). The diet makes the biggest changes even more so than the lifting as it puts the body into a thermal machine. You will crave and want 6-7 meals when you eat clean as your body breaks down the food so much quicker.
