Hey guys I was just curious if anyone doesn't take a day off while on. I've been at the gym for the last 12 days straight and seem to be recovering quite well. Definately have gained good size and lost BF since I haven't missed a day. Anyone else do this or am i just getting a little too obsessed while on? some days i do a double session.

surfer,

You are making a HUGE mistake! You need your rest and overtraining is a recipe for disaster!

cheers.

Yes you can in fact overtrain while on steriods. If you don't feel the need to take days off possibly you're not working hard enough when you're there.

yep...that would be it!

i do take "less" rest when on a cycle...but hell im always on a cycle lol

anyways i usually go 5 on 1 off...repeat

The Barbarian Brothers used to say that there is no such thing as overtraining...only under eating, under sleeping, and failure of the will.

I seldom take a day completely off-however I devote 1-2 days/wk to cardio and/or detail muscle groups only like calves/forearms. Then again I don't do anything physical for work, I'm always on, and I seldom sleep less than 8-9 hrs/night as well.

Well i can definately say thats not the situation, I bust my freakin ass every single day in the gym! I'm hella sore the next 2 days with each body part, but by the time i hit that body part again usually 5 days later, its totally fine and ready to go!

I hear ya man. I devote 3-4 1 hour sessions AM on an empty stomach Then hit the food, go back about 3 hours later and hit the weights. Between consistanly eating every 2-3 hours everyday and never missing and 8hrs deep sleep. Im full of energy all day long and its as if i can't expend it all. By the time I leave the gym usually 1.5 hr weight session i can't even move and am totally exhausted, but by the 2cd meal after, im all good again.
currently starting wk 5
40mg dbol
500mg test cyp
600mg eq
workout
day1 back/bi's AM cardio
day2 chest/abs
day3 shoulders/tri's AM cardio
day4 Legs/abs

i actually train every day and have done so for the last 8 weeks. I think I missed 2-3 days in that period. But my work-outs normally last 1hour only, and 30 minutes of that is cardio This seems to be working for me. I am just waiting to feel burnt out and then I will take a few days off.
