A Romanian man had his testicles ripped off by his wife after she accused him of having an affair. Fifty-year-old Aurica Marinescu from Constanta managed to call an ambulance before he passed out.

Doctors at a local hospital managed to re-attach his scrotum after a ten hour operation. But despite his injuries, Marinescu says he won't press charges against his wife, according to the local daily Libertatea.

Kuala Lumpur - A Malaysian man died after having his penis nearly hacked off by his neighbour when he was caught having sex with the suspect’s wife, news reports said on Monday.

The 39-year old man brought the 34-year-old woman to a deserted housing estate late on Saturday. They were allegedly in the midst of an act of passion when the woman’s enraged husband suddenly appeared, the official Bernama news agency reported.

The suspect allegedly attacked the victim, who was naked, and slashed at his penis until it was nearly severed. The suspect then fled.

The woman then attempted to bring her lover to a clinic for treatment, but was involved in a minor car accident on the way. By the time police arrived at the scene of the accident, the victim had died.
