Not getting sore anymore, wtf?

My workouts are pretty intense and I work my muscles till fatigue alot and sometimes till failure... I make sure I feel the pump and that I feel the stretch... My first 3 weeks was 3x10, then I went to 3x5 for 3 weeks, now I am back to 3x10 for 3 weeks and I am concentrating on perfect form and really squeezing my muscle at its peak contraction. I ended my Winny cycle a couple weeks ago. What is wrong with me? Still have a high protein uptake... glutamine and creatine... Multi Vitamin... Eating alot but clean like I always do... whats wrong with me? Is my body getting too used to my workouts??
 
when u work out all the time ur body just goes through the motions. its like u hit a plateau. that plateau is when most of us decide to do AS. how about change ur workout programme. up the reps, increase the weights, do different exercises. i usually find that adding some more cardio to my workout makes me sweat again.
 
just do one body part every session instead of doing them all in the same session.
e.g. monday biceps, legs
wenesday chest triceps.
etc etc
 
These guys are corect bro...change up your routine. Even though you said you do everything, I'll bet you still "focus" on certain exercises as the staple of your work-outs. CHANGE your priority list! You've hit a plateau! (Very common)
 
first fo all, are u on steroids right now, if not you might be over training. second, try some rest. personally this helps my gains more than anything eventhough i don't practice it as much as i should. third, i never use some kind of routine planned out every day, hell i don't even know which body part i will be working until i get to the gym. this is just what i go by dude, and i consistently have better workouts, but it might work for u too
