Not getting gains

I have been using 500mg test E- 300mg Nandrolone per week for five weeks now. I have got slightly stronger but only gained about seven pounds the gear I'm using is from a reputable lab, some of my friend use the exact same gear with amazing results why would I not get the same results
 
There are several variables... However, my first inclination would be to think you're not eating enough. Can you post your diet?
 
I am 6'1 200 lbs I am more serious that anyone else I know using the same gear I workout for about 1 hour 30 min six days a week I have not missed a day for over a year. I don't eat all clean calories but I consume three to four thousand a day plus 3 protein shakes and BCAA's

don't get suckered into worrying what the scale says or what your 'friend' did.

if your friend is 6 feet 150 of course he is gonna put on more weight on roids. cause the guy is so below his genetic potential its easy to gain just going to the gym and putting on water weight!

so don't compare yourself to others.

if you aren't satisfied with 8 pounds then steroids probably aren't for you, seems like you want to turn into mr olympia after 1 cycle and you have no patience. bodybuilding takes years, its not easy to grow muscle and keep off fat, thats why its so challenging. lets see where you are at in 5 years, not 5 weeks

Exactly. I see this problem all the time. People need to keep reality in check when going into a steroid cycle. Obviously your virgin cycle will probably be your best, and as you pack on more and more muscle the gains will be smaller and you will probably have to increase dosage and run more compounds if you want the HUGE gains. If everybody kept gaining the same there would be thousands of people that looked like Ronnie Coleman ;)

throw scale out window
judge by the mirror
judge by increasing the major lifts... i hope you are doing the major lifts.. i really hope you are doing them...

if you've gained 7-8 lbs but not much strength something is up. A lot of that could be bloat. give an example of slight strength increase?
if you want to take thetime you could list your workout split with exercises, reps, sets and exact diet, support supps, amount of rest, everything. it'd help to help you.

I would double,,even triple check your diet.
 
Sounds like a case of overtraining with Malnurishment... Not saying ur malnurished but your diet cant be on if your not gaining weight... Especially on NPP.... You need to post you age bro, if you want real help....

I'm out the gym within an hour. 45-50 minutes usually.
If your not gaining, cut the volume and work on intensity.

I guess what you guys are saying is what other people have been telling me I over train and have unrealistic expectations this is my third cycle and each time i have increased the amount of gear I was takin hoping fir better results I will be out of nandro next week I plan on continuing test at 500mg per week, tren at 75mg eod and dbol around 30 mg Ed seven more weeks hopefully I put on another seven pound thanks for everyone's input
 
By the way I am 28 and by slight strength gains I mean my I was doing flat bench 205 8 reps now 225 8 reps dumbbell curls was using 50 8-10 reps now 55 or 60 for 8-10 reps shoulder presses was 185 8-10 reps now 195-205 8-10 reps and if your asking for squats or dead lifts I stick with 275
 
at your weight those aren't great numbers so i see your frustration, i would say give it time and build a foundation and in a year or two you will be nailing 300 like nothing. be a lil patient .. there are no short cuts you have to keep lifting hard and heavy. maybe change your workouts, find a buffet in town you can workout then hit afterwards ..

Bench Press (incline, flat, decline)
Squats
Deadlifts
Power cleans
Military press


To name a few, compound lifts that are essential for building.

If this is your third cycle you should know by now that Test E and Decca (your running long esters on nandrolone to, right?) will not start to show results before 3-5 weeks into the cycle, unless you kickstarted with something.

I would be thrilled with a gain of 7 punds only five weeks into the cycle. You can expect to gain faster for even five more weeks.
 
90% of the time if you are making strength gains but not weight gains it is your diet that is lacking. obviously there can be other factors involved but its a pretty good rule of thumb
 
At the end of the day, if you have real steroids and are taking them, then something is wrong if you are not gaining.

Any human will gain on steroids to a degree (based on genetics). It's the diet and training that shape the rest.
 
****eat more and focus on heavy compund movements and 3000/3500 cals are not enough to frow for a 200 lbs person shoot thats what i eat off cycle., I would bump it up 4500 to 5000 if you star seeing fat gains just cutback .
 
Bro u r taking long esters which kick in around week 4 - 5 in full swing.
There are alot of factors that can be involved if u r not gaining weight but most of the time its the diet that u need to focus on.Try increasing ur calories on weekly basis to adjust with the new body weight that u r putting on. But again it can be lack of intensity in the gym or due to insufficient sleep also. Hope u r sleeping min 8 hours a day. High intensity, proper nutrition & a good sleep, the synergy of these three elements when dialed together is when u grow big. And bytheway 7lbs of muscle weight is not bad in 5 weeks at all. Have patience, keeping lifting hard in the gym, eat more & rest more and then come back after a few weeks in here & l'm sure u'll be happy with ur progress 😃
