Not getting gains

I have been using 500mg test E- 300mg Nandrolone per week for five weeks now. I have got slightly stronger but only gained about seven pounds the gear I'm using is from a reputable lab, some of my friend use the exact same gear with amazing results why would I not get the same results

I would double,,even triple check your diet.
 
Sounds like a case of overtraining with Malnurishment... Not saying ur malnurished but your diet cant be on if your not gaining weight... Especially on NPP.... You need to post you age bro, if you want real help....
 
I am 6'1 200 lbs I am more serious that anyone else I know using the same gear I workout for about 1 hour 30 min six days a week I have not missed a day for over a year. I don't eat all clean calories but I consume three to four thousand a day plus 3 protein shakes and BCAA's

I'm out the gym within an hour. 45-50 minutes usually.
If your not gaining, cut the volume and work on intensity.

I guess what you guys are saying is what other people have been telling me I over train and have unrealistic expectations this is my third cycle and each time i have increased the amount of gear I was takin hoping fir better results I will be out of nandro next week I plan on continuing test at 500mg per week, tren at 75mg eod and dbol around 30 mg Ed seven more weeks hopefully I put on another seven pound thanks for everyone's input
 
By the way I am 28 and by slight strength gains I mean my I was doing flat bench 205 8 reps now 225 8 reps dumbbell curls was using 50 8-10 reps now 55 or 60 for 8-10 reps shoulder presses was 185 8-10 reps now 195-205 8-10 reps and if your asking for squats or dead lifts I stick with 275
 
at your weight those aren't great numbers so i see your frustration, i would say give it time and build a foundation and in a year or two you will be nailing 300 like nothing. be a lil patient .. there are no short cuts you have to keep lifting hard and heavy. maybe change your workouts, find a buffet in town you can workout then hit afterwards ..
