ok, just start practicing this sentence over and over then:

"welcome to Burger King, may I take your order please" :p
Or this: "Thanks for calling Papa John's Pizza- where better ingredients make a better pizza. Can i have your area code and phone number please?"

who cares how much u bench........bench means shit, how much can u power clean or back squat? how about deadlift?? pretty boy :bawling:

I don't know, I kinda believe this kid. I wouldn't usually, but their is this kid at my gym, who I help with a spot every now and then. Real shy kid, not a bragger, or a wife beater wearing I think I'm Mr. Olympia type either. It actually took him some time to approach me. He shocked me and my fiancee' when at 161lbs benched 2 plates each side plus 2 35's. A few weeks later he did 3 plates a side. PERFECT form, and I only helped with the lift off (I'm not about to do heavy barbell curls for anyone). He has only been going for a couple of months now. He isn't boastful about it, even when I tell him he is doing good, he shrugs it off. So, who knows, maybe this kid is telling the truth? Maybe, maybe not...

Some people will have good genetics in different movements. When I was in high school our record holder was something like a 345 bench, and we were the nerdier of the 2 city high schools.

There are also records of minors doing in the 500s, so its certainly possible for the doubters.

Sure, it's possible.

But look at it this way. If this kid really needs to ask if it's "normal for any kid" at 168 pounds and 17 years old to bench 300+, I don't believe he's ever steped in a gym.

Oh yeah and I was natural but there was a guy who was not he was 15 and benched 350 in a legal competiton I was a witness he went to our rival high school and he weighed over 200lbs.

Could be, because alot of guys I knew could barely bench thier bodyweight, anyone that could do bodyweight or better was considered the athletic type. Then of course you had the guys that were slightly gifted, worked out for a couple months and could hit 225.
