I am pretty sure I have torn my tendons in my rotater cuffs, yes both. I am Extremely depressed, It will likely take 6 months to heal? No more training! Why even watch what I eat anymore, wtf! What do I do, sit here sedentary eating clean the next 6 months? Whats gonna happen to my muscles!?

I have no clue about recovery...I guess try some mild rotater cuff stretching/excercises?

I feel like diving into a box of Frosted Flakes and saying fuck it, and just become my old lazy, fat ugly self I was before dieting and training. I actually have tendonitis in my 2 large toes as well, I cant even run. Ya's think Cycling and Squatting will keep me lean for 6 months? My Chest is gonna turn into some flabby bitchy cones I bet. ?
 
Hansel, you will find exercises through time that will not hurt or injure the areas that are jacked up at this time, this will give you time to focus on other parts of your physique, "diving into frosted flakes", "feeling down", etc accomplishes nothing, you seem to be smarter than that, injuries are there to teach you lessons. Good luck!
 
Thanks bro. The reality of this just hit me hard. Think there are chest excercises that I can eventually do?

Actually, chill out. If you get an injury... use that healing time to focus on something else. Cornholio had it right - LEGS.
