Noob preparing for first cycle

Hi all. Been on the site here for a couple of days gathering as much information as I can. I have been training regularly and intensely for about 3 months now. I have had a long lay off since I used to train back in the Army, about 6 years now. Before I started lifting again I was doing strictly cardio for about 2 months before that. Before I started all this I was weighing 280+ at who-knows-what BMI. Right now my stats are:
Male
35 years old
5' 11''
221 lbs
BMI- Unknown, I played college ball at 210-215 but I don't look anywhere near as fit as I did then.

Anyway, I don't plan on taking my cycle right away. My plan is to get BF% below 15 before I start. I am estimating that my weight should be around 210 lbs by that time. So my plan is to start my cycle in about 2 months.

I would appreciate any feedback I can get on the Cycle, and more importantly, the PCT.

Gear

Week 1-12, Testosterone E or C – 250mg Tuesday/Saturday
Week 1-4, Dbol- 30mg ED, (10mg/10mg/10mg with bf, lunch and diner)

ANCILLARIES

Week 1-12, Aramidix @ .5mg ED or EOD???
Week 1-13, HCG @ 250IU (injections of 250IU each twice a week)
Week 1-4, Milk Thistle

PCT

Nolvadex- 40mg ED week 1 of PCT, 40mg ED week 2 of PCT, 20mg ED week 3 of PCT & 20mg ED week 4 of PCT.

Week 1-4, Dbol- 30mg ED, (10mg/10mg/10mg with bf, lunch and diner) wtf????? drop it no need for it. To much bloat and your already a hefty guy. Use provirone in its place 50mg ed threw out the whole cycle

stop getting scared before its time. Only people who have money ties to e ai company advice people to use ai's during a cycle before its time. Have plenty of Adex on hand but do not use it unless you need it. Besides if you use provirone during the cycle it acts like a ai and lowers estrogen anyway. SO have this on hand but do not use it. Send me a pm if you find you do need it.

If you drop the dbol and use provirone you will not need this ether. Prov causes no stress to the liver.

Pct is the most imprtent part of a cycle and frankly your plan sucks donkey dick!!!! stop living in 1999 bro its about to be 2010. drop the nolva back to 20mg ed and run 5 caps every day hcgenerate HCGenerate

Thank you for your response. After researching your suggestions I have decided that I will run my first cycle EXACTLY as you advised. I am excited about the addition of provirone due to the effect that it has working with Test. Will it also help with the bloating? I have read mixed reviews on this and was wondering what your experience is with this. As I stated in my post, I have lost a about 60 pounds the last six months. I did this on mostly a weight watchers diet. I watched my calories and carbs and that was about it. I understand that I have to eat above maintenance to add bulk but I am unsure by exactly how much. I don't want to balloon up and put back on all that weight I worked hard to lose. Again, I understand that I will put on some unwanted weight. I am just wondering about how to keep this at a minimum, any suggestions? Thanks again for your help.

Yes that is the reason I put provirone in place of the dbol. Its a dht and will lower the bloat and provirone also binds the the receptors in fat at a much higher rate then any other steroid.

As for the diet you can send me a pm and will talk bro.

I'm thinkin you already dropped the cash on your chems so I will tell you this.. in um lets say 1990 I was asking these same questions, like i've posted before my first was test, deca, and rivorbit b, and pct was nolva and clomid..... Today they have this and that but if you have it already the only thing I would change is like needtogetaas said the armidex to nolva just to add I've never ran chems with a bf higher than 10% unless I was purley out to gain mass and let me tell you there is a difference between mass and muscle mass at 5'7 I've been 275lbs. at 18% bf on a mass run, my best was 230lbs at 12% mucle mass, of course the cut was 215lbs. at 7.5 % your wanting to start at 15%?? at or age funny things happen you know... Choose a pace and stay with it tweak it when you know how.....
