Thanks guys for all of the support. I have been on elite for sometime now mainly soaking up info from the training boards. It's cool that all of you are being so respectful, and I appreciate that. I'll give some more info and give you all my summer's end 1RM goals
Bench: 300 I think I might kill this one
Squat: 375 I put up 360 in H.S.,but I stopped squatting. I want to be able to do this number ATF
Deadlift: 450 This is a high number for me, but I feel that it will keep my head high and the motivation up. I'll be happy with 420.
Like I said, I'm doing 5X5 right now which is a great strength program. That along with the proper number of calories has helped me thicken up. I just hope I can tone my diet back in because I have gone about that last two weeks sying f'it and eating anything I want.
