Hey all. I just wanted to say hello to everyone on this forum. I'm not new to EF, but I am new to the steroid discussion forum. I'm not thinking about going ON for at least another year maybe 2, but I would like everyone to know that I will spend the next year reading up heavily on here, training hard, and really building my knowledge. Hopefully, I can build some trust with some of you smarter guys, and when the time does come (if it does) I will have some great advice from some great bros. Here are my stats:

19 years old
~~170 lbs
~~11% bf
5'10"

I have been lifting off and on since around age 17. I upped my workouts during my senior year of highschool, but it was still pretty pathetic compared to what I now know. I'm a sophmore in college now. I really started lifting hard my freshman year especially during the spring semester. I started with the typical upper/lower split twice a week. Then I moved on to HST which I must say that I enjoyed greatly. Now, am in the middle of Madcow's 5X5 with what I consider pretty good strength gains and just thickening up due to keeping a pretty good diet for the most part.

Like I said, this is just in introduction for you guys. I don't plan on doing any type of gear until at least 20 but probably somewhere like 21-22. I just want to learn, so if I ask about cycles or anything that seems stupid, just forgive me because I'm just trying to learn.

THANKS AGAIN!!!!

cool bor , just keep pounding the weights and take in all the great info , lotsa smart guys here

You've made a smart choice bro. Your natural test right now is such that you will grow like a motherfucker without juice. When you hit a plateau, then start thinking about gear. But do yourself a favor that most kids don't do....know what you are putting in your body when you start. It'll save you from a world of hurt. Cheers bro. Welcome.

Smart move to wait and build knowledge first, no need to rush into it especially being young enough to take advantage of natural test.

Finally one of the most sensible posts we've had in quite a while.

Welcome to Elite.
