Nolva (tamoxifen citrate pct)

Hey guys,
Starting 4 weeks pct tomorrow from a 8 week test-e 500mg cycle.

My nolva came in a packet of 60 X 10mg tabs, meaning I'm short 24 tabs to do 40,40,20,20.

Is it okay to do 30,20,20,10 or 20,20,20,20 or 40,20,15,10 what would you suggest? This is my first pct and I have been taking Adex throughout cycle.

Of the 3 options you listed, I would do 30,20,20,10.

Are you just using nolvadex for your PCT? A nolvadex only PCT is no where sufficient.
