I can't train my legs no more. The doc advised me against it untill my leg/glute heals.
Some of you may remember I pulled my ham/glute when my leg slid out while going for an out od bounds ball playing vball. I could barely walk for a few weeks, then it gradually got better, to an extent. Now anytime I sit without my leg straight for extended periods of time it aches like hell. Driving more than 20 minutes, or sitting on the couch.
The fucked thing is, I can squat, do dls, and leg presses. The only leg excercise that hurts is leg curls so I had already stopped doing them.
Gotta start seeing a PT next Friday and hopefully figure this shit out.
I was just getting up to some decent poundages again too. I don't want my legs to shrink and lose the muscle mass there either.
