No more than 500mg of Test?

Is it necessary to go above 500mg of test?

Greetings fellow athletes-Mr Abs here.
Age 52- First cycle 500 week Sus250 .Feel like Stallion let loose in field of Mares.
Have satisfied all local ladies and am now moving into surrounding areas.
5 weeks in- strength gains and weight gains satisfactory.
Sustanon 250-the elixor of life.Never going to give it up.
Must go -hunting this afternoon-got to get the hounds ready.
Very entertaining thread-well done and thanks for being so friendly.

From personal experience, and there is no proof or at least one that i know of, beyond 500-750 mg/week on test doesnt really make a big difference. I've gone up to 250mg of test 5 days a week...thats 1250mg of test per week. I was pyramiding it. I started off with 500 mgs first 4 weeks, 750 mgs weeks 5-6, 1000 mgs weeks 7-8, 1250 mgs weeks 9-12. That was suicide. I had intensive PCT and I could almost swear to you that beyond 500mgs of test, or maybe 750 mgs of test, I saw no difference in performance, strength or size.
