No more than 500mg of Test?

Is it necessary to go above 500mg of test?

And I also know guys who are all about high test doses as they do more and more cycles.......running something like test 1200mg, eq 600mg, tren 300mg, and an oral....(you get the idea).

So, which club are you in? Increase test each cycle or no more than 500? It's just that I have always been a minimalist....my first cycle was 200mg/EW, second 400mg/EW, and third cycle was 500mg/EW (and I grew off each of them).....and I'm contemplating whether or not to make the jump over 500mg on my next cycle. Thanks for voting.....:coffee:

if you grew off those doses, then dont go higher...next thing you will be doing over a gram a week thinking you need it to grow
 
Depends on the person.If 500mg/wk works then there is no need to change it.Most people will up the dosage if they don"t see the results they want instead of first making sure their diet and training are in check.[this is a common mistake for newbies]
 
Great info here guys. I'm probably going to stay at 500mg for my next cycle, maybe something like test 500mg, eq 800mg, tbol 60mg....

The poll shows that most people believe it's not necessary to go above 500.....(all depending on your goals). I'm not a professional or amateur bodybuilder, but I do play football in college....so size, strength, speed are all very important to me.:coffee:

im into week 7 of 500mg test e per week, and its not what i thought it would be, next cycle which will probably be next summer im bumpin it up to at least 1gram.

You should be responding well. I have used a gram previously and then only used 500mg's and still responded well to the lowered dosage. Something is awry
 
Ive definatly made gains, but theres no water retention, no dramatic strenght increase my appetite isnt any greater. everything is moderatly better. plus i was on 30mg of dbol for 5 weeks.

no increased sex drive if anything its decreased. my recovery is about the only thing thats dramatic. i am benefiting no doubt, but something tells me 500mg just isnt enough for me personally.
