No more than 500mg of Test?

Is it necessary to go above 500mg of test?

I know alot of guys that will never go above 500mg of test......they'll run something like test prop 400mg/ew (sometimes just test e 250mg/EW!), eq 900mg/ew, tren 600mg/ew, var 70mg/ed.

And I also know guys who are all about high test doses as they do more and more cycles.......running something like test 1200mg, eq 600mg, tren 300mg, and an oral....(you get the idea).

So, which club are you in? Increase test each cycle or no more than 500? It's just that I have always been a minimalist....my first cycle was 200mg/EW, second 400mg/EW, and third cycle was 500mg/EW (and I grew off each of them).....and I'm contemplating whether or not to make the jump over 500mg on my next cycle. I've stayed around 500mg/ew. I may have done 600mg/ew once but I cannot remember. I accidetally did 900mg/ew along with 600mg Tren/wk for about a week and a half a few months ago by accident. OMG the fugging pumps, walking became a problem cause my lower back was always so pumped up.
 
if your body still responds to lower doses then theres no point in jacking it up, with higher doses comes more side effects. if 500mg does the job, no need to increase.
 
It all depends on the person I've seen guys get awseome results off 500 or less a week and also visa versa
 
I know guys that dont get rsults unless there using 1 1/2 grams of test.....I've done as much as 1200 of test e and 700 suspension e/w.....

I have to say the more gear the more likely the sides...I've learned that 1st hand...
My test dose is at 750...that seems to be the right dose for me....
 
I love sub-500 doses. Now if you:

1) Train incredibly hard and smart
2) Have a perfect diet
3) Have great sleep patterns

*and*

4) Want to compete

Well, then you might need more. For most regular joes who want to maintain and/or gain a modest amount of muscle mass, look great and feel great -- then I think a sub-500 mg/week dose will do just fine.
