Fuck that shit. I pulled a rep PR a few days ago and my left bicep and trap is jacked up. I use my left hand mainly for the underhand grip. I know it's my fault for not alternating which hands is over/under, but fuck it. Who am I kidding. I have no plans to compete in a DL contest, so I'm going back to straps. I will continue to pull with a hook grip, but my work sets will be strapped up.
