no gains yet help ? sust 500mg deca 200mg

hi everyone just wondering if anyone could comment on my lack of gains during my cycle at the moment

im currently doing 250mg omnadren (sust) and 200mg deca monday , 250mg test thursday

ill be dropping the deca on week ten and continuing the test for a further two weeks untill starting my pct which i have ready in place for 21 days after my last shot of omnadren

started cycle weighing 82kg now midway through week 6 and only weighing 85 kg !!!!

im eating 6 good sized meals a day consisting of a good ammount of both protein complex carbs and good fats , simple carb (dextrose in pwo shake) aswell as cottage cheese before bed etc )

training as follows

back bicep
chest tricep
legs
shoulder abs traps
rest
repeat

will the weight gains come soon

im 100% sure the gear is legit please help with any opinions , omnadren and deca .

ok ive edited post without brand names sorry wasnt aware of this rule

im 27 years old 5' 9 and curently 85kg bf % unknown (doing bmi this week )

training 3 years properly with good solid diet
 
7 pound gain is a lot.. not sure what you were expecting but newbs usually go into cycles thinking they will turn into mr. olympia.. it doesn't work like that.. takes years of training, eating, and cycles to even get to a respectable build where people look at you and are impressed.

are your strength gains up? do you look bigger in the mirror? post before and after pics
 
I know you said 6 meals a day but are to taking in enough cals? For your weight I would try to hit around 5000 clean which is not that easy. Food, rest and training and you will grow. At 21 your prettty young to be on aas, is this your first cycle? Do you have pct plan laid out??
 
the weight gain is not bad for this point in the cycle but it depends.. is it fat? is it water? did you get leaner and gain muscle? are you getting stronger?

it takes time but you should know the answer to all those questions over time. sometimes the scale is the absolute worst way to judge a cycle. im always happy when the weights go up easier and my maxes go up on the big lifts.

also you are on a good dosed cycle. so you not gonna get that huge water gain that most people get when they take 1g of this and 1g of that..

are you on an anti estrogen by anychance.

also have you adjusted your diet at all before the cycle or during the cycle?
 
ok i guess 7lb is not bad gains for 6 wweks (halfway through cycle injecting wise ) but good question judo tom is it muscle fat water ? that i honestly couldnt tell you

as for looks wise in mirror id say i have good days when i think yeh man this training regime is great i look good then i also have days where i think whats the point i dont look good at all anyone else have this ?

my strength is up on certain exercises namely military press , squat , deadlift slightly and ive started incorprating rest pause into my routine aswell as the occasionlal super set

im not expecting miricles by anymeans but id say bottom line visually id like better results am i to expect them from week 6 onwards or should i have seen them before now ?

p.s wasnt using any anit e;s but nipples became sore last few days so staryted taking 20mg nolva e.d this calmed them down after just two days can i know drop this to 10mg a day for rest of cycle ?
 
sorry no i dont want to know if the gear im using is bunk (its 100% legit pharmacutical grade ) my concern from the initial post is weather week 6 is too long to start visually seeing gains , physique improvement ? or weather which in a few cases ive since found week six is when the real gains will start to come on
 
dont take nolva while taking deca....

again how long have you been on this diet? how were your gains naturally? have you increased cals/protein while on?

depends on a lot of factors.. but for me i have never gone 6 weeks without seeing results.. if anything my results start flatlining week 6

even with primo which people contend takes a while to 'kick in' (a myth all over the net), i could see results looking in the mirror after 2 weeks.

having said all that as i said above... 7 pound gain is a lot after 6 weeks. if that is 5 pounds of muscle and 2 pounds of water/fat that is a good cycle.

the reason deca is such a great bulker is cause it gives you a raptor appetite, food is the most anabolic thing to put in your body. so don't be afraid to eat more.. unfortunately you will put on fat as well, no way around that.
 
ive always ate a good solid diet but when i started this 'bulk' cycle i have indeed upped my intake of carbs protein gains natural were nothing amazing but im a well toned 82kg before cycle but wanted to take it to next level mass wise after 3 years good training and eating , maybe your right steves mi ,

or am i just not seeing it cause im looking at myself everyday a few times ?

also what is your theory behind not taking nolva when using deca judo tom

Even tho you are eating 6 meals per day it sounds like you need more cals. On that cycle you should be seeing def strength gains. You did not list how many cals you eating per day, so how many?
 
looks like you have some mass on you... although it is more on the lean side which is fine.

you are too hard on yourself, be a lil patient. you have a good base so far, now your goal is to finish this cycle strong and keep most of your gains in PCT. now save this pic and in a year look back and see if there is a difference. if you want pure muscle mass in 1 year the shirts that are tight on you now won't come close to fitting you.

as for calls intake zedhead if im brutally honest i just dont know how many im consuming ive purly upped my food intake on all sectors by a fair bit in a hope to bulk on this cycle i eat clean tho , now i half expect some critisism here 'what you dont know how many calls your taking a day ' !!! kind of thing but whats the best way to count here in uk food packaging says nothing in the way of calls , is it up to me to reserch calls in differnt ammounts of food ,

what is a good way up up good call intake daily , maybe a pint of semi skimmed milk with every meal ???

ok steve eating mon - fri (work days diff on weekend ) looks basically like this

7am wake shake with whey oats 4 eggs half pint mik blended and down the hatch it goes
10am tin tuna pasta bolognase sauce , bananna (sometimes brown rice )
1pm meat potatoe veg piece of fruit
3pm pre workout shake whey oats
4.30 (after driving to gym post workout shake whey dextrose
7pm meat potatoe vegetable
10pm 4 slices brown wholemeal toast 300g low fat cott cheese glass of milk
bed for 8.5 hrs sleep

meat is normally pork loin chops lean mince 500g per portion or a rump steak or chicken , turkey breast
i drink between 3-4 litres water a day

training split is

back bi
chest tri
legs
shoulder
rest
repeat (at moment ) lifting heavy going for one warm up set and 3 working sets of 8-10 reps 5-6 for last set

with your workouts aim for 15 sets total per session to failure.. lift big to get big.

as for the food swap out the shakes for real food... what happens is you drink the shake and you get full and then don't want to eat anymore. so for breakfast go for pancakes/waffles instead. homemade or organic... not mcdonalds. along with eggs and grab some ezekial or multi grain bread. carbs and cals you need more of like zed said above.. do not be afraid of them.. for dinner instead of shakes eat a couple homemade burgers on wheat/multigrain bread. lots of lettuce, tomatoes, onions whatever.. you have a good trim base so you can afford to put on a little fat along with mass.

i guarantee you after this cycle after you fully recover in 3 months from now.. you do it again. but this time you swap out the shakes for real food. and you will blow up

your appetite in the morning and after workouts should be tremendous on deca. deca will stimulate your appetite. you should be ordering for 2 when you go to restaurants. i remember at my company dinner i was on a deca cycle and everyone thought i was nuts cause i ordered 3 entree's and ate them all along with soup, bread, seafood, and desert. also the buffet is your friend. it was hard for me to get full on deca, i was an eating machine. and since food is the most anabolic thing in existance this is why deca is such a tremendous mass builder

nolva upregeulates progesterone receptors.. not good while on deca even a small dose

as for getting more cals.. add olive oil to meals, drink more milk, eat bigger portions etc etc..

i have a bunch of posts on tips for that if you need more search or just ask me again.

You need to take into consideration that you are running a fairly low dose of deca and from what I read you didn't kick your cycle with an oral which is why most people see big gains on the scale in the first 4-6 weeks. Next time throw in some beastdol or dbol for the first 4 weeks.

Just work on that diet for now and make sure you're eating like a horse and lifting big and you will grow. Like everyone said you're running reasonable doses so 7lbs in 6 weeks is not all that bad
 
your def. not eating enough... substituing fats for calories is not how your not gonna grow. and eating 4000 clean calories a day is rough.... Good luck

yeah I'm eating 4k plus a day right now and it sucks lol, I literly feel like i'm gonna puke by my 5 or 6th meal but I just force it down.....but I am up 20lbs in my 7th week of test/deca/eq
 
^^^carb loading in the morning is a great tool in bulking. pancakes/waffles with honey. ditch the shakes people! go with real food. a shake will fill you up and kill your appetite for hours. so eat real food every 2 hours... cals, carbs, protein. try to hit all 3 each meal. if you cannot eat for a few hours then use shakes as a supplement, but don't make a habit of that.
 
Also bro you can use FitDAy.
Just put that in google and it will get you there.
Once you get your list put in its really not that hard to maintain.

thanks for the input guys appreciate it im upping the food again and i must say i have began to feel stronger the last few days beginning week 7 tomorrow ill keep you posted on weight gain from here on untill end of cycle maybe i was being too impatient but im fairly new to cycling aas , stay tuned
