central Illinois weather is perfect right now, not humid and a cool 78. Went on a bike ride earlier and wasn't even dying after 3 hours. Gotta love it.

I have a sore tendon and haven't lifted in over a week. I did some work with 15 lb DB's yesterday and so far, my tendon is not bothering me more than usual. I'll probably kick it up to 20lbs next week.

I felt like I could have done more weight yesterday, but I don't want to rush it. Although I'm eager to get back to my routine, I'm also very scared of having a chronic tendon injury (which I hope I don't have).
 
I would watch yourself SA, I understand that you want to get back into it, but you have to keep telling your self to take it easy. Isn't it better to take it easy and eventually gat back into it, than injur yourself more and not be able to at all?

My left arm's tendon tends to act up occasionally. Especially with preacher curls, so I've stopped doing them with a bar. Viox works WONDERS for that, although I'm wondering if at 47 I shouldn't look into hgh for that...

thats exactly what I'm trying to do bro.

Until yesterday, I hadn't lifted since it happened (over a week), I've just been doing cardio and legs. I've been icing it 2-3 times per day and using ben gay atleast once per day. Yesterdays session went fine, but thats it for this week as far as lifting goes. Next week, I'll bump it up to 20lbs and see how that goes.

Just got back from a non exciting shoulder workout. I tell ya, you just have to love it when some dill wad has "HIS" sappy ass country on the radio. I don't mean just plain ol country, but all sad songs. What is even worse, the kid was all pumped and excited about the music.

Mr.db, wed. night are casual, but please don't break out the cowboy boots and starting achy breaky

Sorry to do this here fellow NKC members, but after I've asked 38 not to post in threads that I'm involved in I feel that I have no choice.

She is not the sort of person who is deserving to be in our church.

38 and I used to be very good friends in person and unfortunately I brought her to the boards. I ended our relationship after she lied one to many times and tried to hurt my husband and I with her deceiptful ways. There is another person on the boards whom she befriended in real life and later screwed over and tried to trash me in the process.
