I felt like I could have done more weight yesterday, but I don't want to rush it. Although I'm eager to get back to my routine, I'm also very scared of having a chronic tendon injury (which I hope I don't have).
 
I would watch yourself SA, I understand that you want to get back into it, but you have to keep telling your self to take it easy. Isn't it better to take it easy and eventually gat back into it, than injur yourself more and not be able to at all?

My left arm's tendon tends to act up occasionally. Especially with preacher curls, so I've stopped doing them with a bar. Viox works WONDERS for that, although I'm wondering if at 47 I shouldn't look into hgh for that...

thats exactly what I'm trying to do bro.

Until yesterday, I hadn't lifted since it happened (over a week), I've just been doing cardio and legs. I've been icing it 2-3 times per day and using ben gay atleast once per day. Yesterdays session went fine, but thats it for this week as far as lifting goes. Next week, I'll bump it up to 20lbs and see how that goes.
