What if yopu have just some lactation? Is that gyno or just a response to high prolactin? That part confuses me. With estrogen induced gyno lactation doesn't seem to come into play but with prolactin it does. So is lactation just another side or is it a part of gyno or is it maybe a step before gyno or what? Basically, can you lactate without gyno?
