I’m 25. I was told by some who are very experienced that with test and winstrol I won’t need to do any PCT. Should I?
How long you thinkin 3 month?
I would take 3 months off imo I care alot about my health and long-term quality of life. For me 2 12 week cycles a year is how i go about it the rest of the year trt dose only.
You need to first decide what month you are gonna do the show in. Once you do that then start your cycle 13 weeks back for your prep.
One month off is def not enough but i won't scold you as i pretty much did 2 cycles almost back to back with only a couple weeks off in order to get ready for my show. It's not the right/safe way to do things but you have to make the decision if your health or the show is more important.
Figure out your plans and then update this thread. Will be alot easier for the guys to help if they know what you are doing and your timeframes.
