I have been lifting off and on for 5 yr's now i want to get serious and i would like to do it with some help can anyone tell me what is good to cycle with and how much. i am 39 5'7" 230lbs. 20%bf. 2400 cal. diet high protien/carb/low fat.any and all help will be greatly appreciated.thanks

read a lot on the boards... read some of the first cycle posts and theirs critiques people give them.

New Guy Lookn for some info.

I'm a 6'7 basketball player looking to get some weight on my skinny frame. I've been lifitn gfor close to 7 years, but it's only ever been an on again off again cycle. I'm not looking to have a bodybuilders physique, but to put on some lb.'s of muscle and tone it up as well. Any info you could give a kid would be much appreciated. Keep in mind I'm a poor college student.
