New Guy Lookn for some info.
I'm a 6'7 basketball player looking to get some weight on my skinny frame. I've been lifitn gfor close to 7 years, but it's only ever been an on again off again cycle. I'm not looking to have a bodybuilders physique, but to put on some lb.'s of muscle and tone it up as well. Any info you could give a kid would be much appreciated. Keep in mind I'm a poor college student.
