i may not be the guru quadsweep , but im sure i can answer some of those questiions.. bf is 18-22... you def need to cut donw to at least 12 % before thinking about another bulker. If you are "on" you need to work out like its your job, none of thois working out once in a while.. if u dont work out, you will lose what u gained, and/or just gain more fat . so to get jacked.. get on a good diet and loose some lbs, watch what you eat, do some cardio, train natty for a while. then once your at al good point and have the deturmination to keep training , then u can get on a good cycle..
