Newbies read this. And nobody had better post any BS on my post this time!

i have a question i need answered so i came on the net and found this site. i dont know if im posting this ? in the rihgt thread but ill try anyways. does anyone here know if it would be ok to do a cycle of winni if you have a blood clot? the doctor wont say anything he just says not to do shit no matter what. if im posting this in the wrong place can sombody please direct me to a website where i could find this out.

hey quadsweep, im a newbie to this site and i wanted your opinion.

1 - Age = 25
2 - Lifting off and on for 5 yrs, for the past year i've been working out hard
3 - Height = 5'6"
4 - Weight = 155
5 - Estimated BF% = approx 18-22%
6 - Diet = right now trying to lower some bf
7 - Goals = get jacked, a negetive i have, is im gaining alot of midesction weight in the stomach area. should i keep bulking and get to the weight i want , 185lbs. I've done deca and androl..it got me to 163. i came down cause i freaked about my stomach. Should i keep going for the bulk or start cutting and then go back to bulking.
8 - Proposed cycle - what would u recommend.

i may not be the guru quadsweep , but im sure i can answer some of those questiions.. bf is 18-22... you def need to cut donw to at least 12 % before thinking about another bulker. If you are "on" you need to work out like its your job, none of thois working out once in a while.. if u dont work out, you will lose what u gained, and/or just gain more fat . so to get jacked.. get on a good diet and loose some lbs, watch what you eat, do some cardio, train natty for a while. then once your at al good point and have the deturmination to keep training , then u can get on a good cycle..

thanks, yea i just dont wana be one of those guys that are bulky with a gut. would winny help with the midsection or will that just rip me up?
 
i think you'll get more resposes if u just post your own thread bro. sorry i dont know that answer.. im natty so i wouldn;t know, but a lot of guys would know... but my guess is it wouldn't be that great at your bf%. wouldn't see some of the affects
