i am here to learn as much info as i can, and to find out what things that i need to be doing, to get my stuff right. I am 24 years old, been lifting about 9 years, my diet is irregular, my body fat % fluctuates between 10-12% but im trying to get it down, and my lifting purpose is to gain lean muscle mass and to put on a few more pounds, and mailnly to be alot stronger, but it's been a slow process, and i do not yet have a cycle, that is the thing that i need more info on.
