Hello all, Newbie Female here... It's so exciting to see how every ome on here helps out others, this is a wonderful site. And if i'am typing in the wrong place, please let me know... Thank you, and keep up the good work
 
I've only been on the board for a few days, but the info in here is invaluable. It isn't like you can just go to Walmart and purchase this kind of info. Real-life experiences is how we all learn, so let's keep the board straight and honest, and our lives will be a lot easier.
 
i am here to learn as much info as i can, and to find out what things that i need to be doing, to get my stuff right. I am 24 years old, been lifting about 9 years, my diet is irregular, my body fat % fluctuates between 10-12% but im trying to get it down, and my lifting purpose is to gain lean muscle mass and to put on a few more pounds, and mailnly to be alot stronger, but it's been a slow process, and i do not yet have a cycle, that is the thing that i need more info on.

Quadsweep: I'm almost sure this post was intentionally sent in a possitive way for me. I appreciate your teaching method. All recomendations are welcome and greatly appreciated. I'm trying to delete the post but don't know how even thoe it sounds stupid.
