Having read Slopain's post, Let me say this.
I do appreciate The vets on the board. I am new (2 months) to the board. I have been working out for 6 years, and using AS for 3.I only answer or reply with what I know to be fact, if it is an opinion I disclaim that, and if it is only experience, I say that too. Lets all watch the flaming and try to search for something in case it has been posted here recently before we go and post threads. I am guilty of some of the mentioned, but lets all keep this thing helpful and useful instead of making this a giant chatroom.
