Newbie - Pre 1-AD pics

Hey I lurk a bit for info on this site but rarely post. So I'm jumping in. I just started taking 1-AD today and I figured it would be a good benchmark to start posting. Trying a 3 pill a day 20 day cycle just to see how I like it. This is the first type of enhancer like this I have ever tried. Previously I have taken a few creatine cycles awhile back (like 2 years ago) and last summer I tried NO2 with little results. Usually just lots of protein, glutamine, and the most meat my college budget can afford :chomp: . I have been lifting for about 4 years now started as a gutty weak 5'8 130, and I'm up to about 165lbs currently (never passed this before) and assuming a little over 20% bf (I dunno you tell me, dont care enough to check) and still eating on a mild bulking diet. Ideally I would like to get up close to 180 and under 13% bf but once I reach it I'll of course want to get bigger :evil:

Comments, critisizm? please critique :)

Oh and excuse the poses... I'm not exactly a pro and probably not flexing too well in the pics or using the right posture, I will post some more after I end my cycle or if I see any nice gains before that.

r u masterbating in the last picture? anyways --- is AD anadrol your talking about? if you want to get big because i'm going through the same shit eat everything in site (except junk food) and train like it your last day on earth. When you become more experieced, build yourself a nice newbie cycle and you'll be on your way. Do some sit-ups. Your arms r looking pretty good though.

I'm not real interested in gear, no offense I understand the obvious benefits but I wouldnt take it for very long and I think I would experience much more long term detriment than initial gains.. just my opinion

I do train hard usually atleast 2 hrs a day 5 days a week of just lifting, and I encorporate abs, there actually fairly big, just hidden under fat right now as my gut is alot larger than it appears in pics, but like I said im gaining not cutting right now
 
Looks like you have some solid mass. In that last pic you look really scared :)

So, you are bulking for this cycle of 1-AD? Are you planning to cut afterwards?
 
Looks like you have some good development on the shoulders,traps and arms (specifically triceps). Im always in a bulking phase myself!! Keep KILLING that shit!
 
Thanks for all the compliments and encouragement. Its funny what others point out as being good and what I think is and isnt... but then again I've been focusing on tricepts and arms a good bit lately so maybee I solved it and just never noticed.. definately need to work on forearms and chest a bit tho..

I dont really plan on changing eating or anything much after the cycle, I assume it will cut me up a little bit, and i was thinking of taking a little V12 cycle a month or so after.. when thats done I should be pretty cut and then just keep gaining til it gets close to summer, I'll probably need some antibiotics to get through v12 as it always seems to kill my throat... anyone else get that?
 
Ya good base so far man... and gl with the cycle. just dont drop your pants any more in future pics ! lol
 
Good progress man. Just be careful with those pro hormones. They give you some gains but the side effects are worse than the real thing,
 
awesome shit bro, I dont think you are over 20%bf, more like 17-18, You can deffinatly get to your goals, just stay motivated and dedicated, and fuckin EAT!!!!

Ok so I ended my three week cycle like... I guess almost four weeks ago. About 4 days after I finished I got strept and was out for a solid week. At the end of the cycle I noticed about a 12% increase in just about everything. Despite my body shutting down at the end I am at about 10% increase. Would definately try again, but I dont think my body can handle this kind of stuff on a regular basis.

If you are smart and "understand the obvious benefits of gear" then you would take it. Instead of spending money on worthless supplements and 2hr "at least" in the gym. Time is money, and you're wasting it.

Well... first off I'm on probation, second I dont have appropriate funds for a real gear cycle, third no connections, and fourth I'm already growing fairly rapidly without the crap, so much so that my joints have trouble keeping up despite supplimenting for them, and fifth my body tends to shut down with any type of suppliments (I get sick even when taking creatine).... so with all this I dont think gear is really appropriate for me at the time. I'm sure your having fun with it, but that doesn't give you the right to come on my post and try to insult my intelligence.
 
imo prohormones are worthless. You have good body mass, however I do feel that you need a good cutting/diet plan. You will throw away your money on prohormones and any other shelf brand bodybuilding product, EXCEPT protein and multi's.

Lots of cardio, good diet and a good basic cutting cycle will do miracles, just imo...

I understand you're growing, but in a different direction.
 
Thanks dq, I tend to cut up fairly easily so I'm not worried, I'm really trying to put on some solid body mass and will probably cut a bit near next summer.

And YoMama I dont understand why your badgering me. I dont disagree with the use of steriods and intend to use them in the future. It just doesnt seem like the time is right for me since I'm still growing naturally.

And why are people insulting the use of pro-hormones? Is it not better to start out with a weaker substance to see how my body will respond to it? I guess the only solution is just jump in a take a over useful amount of gear and bring my body mass up to a point that I dont intend on keeping.

You already told me that you're growing, and I see that. But like I said, you're growing in the wrong direction. Steroids are cheaper than prohormones.
 
So I should go ahead and fuck up my body because YOU say its cheaper (M1T is $10 a bottle). I'm in no hurry, I would much rather gradually put on weight and actually be able to keep it and be healthy. So I'm seeing how my body responds to certain things. As anyone who is serious about the hobby should be doing. If you don't like my methods I really couldn't give a fuck. This is my opinion and my right to do, I asked for opinions and you stated yours, move on. Quit being a fascist and post on someone elses thread please.
