Hey I lurk a bit for info on this site but rarely post. So I'm jumping in. I just started taking 1-AD today and I figured it would be a good benchmark to start posting. Trying a 3 pill a day 20 day cycle just to see how I like it. This is the first type of enhancer like this I have ever tried. Previously I have taken a few creatine cycles awhile back (like 2 years ago) and last summer I tried NO2 with little results. Usually just lots of protein, glutamine, and the most meat my college budget can afford
. I have been lifting for about 4 years now started as a gutty weak 5'8 130, and I'm up to about 165lbs currently (never passed this before) and assuming a little over 20% bf (I dunno you tell me, dont care enough to check) and still eating on a mild bulking diet. Ideally I would like to get up close to 180 and under 13% bf but once I reach it I'll of course want to get bigger

Oh and excuse the poses... I'm not exactly a pro and probably not flexing too well in the pics or using the right posture, I will post some more after I end my cycle or if I see any nice gains before that.
