Newbie pics

yeah man you look good but a little more weight across the the top of you would look even better esp if you could hang on to that bf% when you are done bulking up

I figured something like 173x18 cals=3100 kcals a day to bulk.
Anyways, what's a metro? I heard of meso/ecto and endomorphs (meso myself). Anyways, I know I'm prolly too lean right now so I allready started this clean bulk a few days ago (I think I know everything I need to know about nutrition so that aint a problem). My goals are just to pack some extra muscle and get a so called "beach-boy look" if you know what I mean. I work out 3 days a week (1 day of bi/tri/shoulders, 1 day of legs and 1 day of chest/back) with lots of compound exercises (deads/squats/rows etc)

Wow, that looks just like uppercruster, except I remember uppercrusters chest was a little more sunk in. Or it could actually be him under a new handle.

If your appetite is so good, eat 10,000 calories a day. Dont need to worry about anything being overdeveloped. Just EAT
 
Yeah, do what Walking Beast sez. I am 6'1 too. But a bit heavier. Anyways, you could easily put on 20 or 30 pounds of muscle and still look fairly thin. But it doesn't matter what we think is appropriate, only you can make that decision.

But, if you want a good, balanced look, you are about 25-30 lbs away IMHO. Mainly the chest and arms. Your traps look pretty good, though. What are your measurements??

Anyways, eat lots of Protein and fairly clean calories, and you will grow. Don't try to 'cut' and bulk at the same time.

Small update:
I think I allready look a litte more "bulkier" after eating like crazy for like 2 weeks now. I think I might actually be eating too much, I just eat till I'm full every 2,5 hour (clean though!). In the morning lots of oatmeal with skimmed milk, throughout the day brown bread with pb, whole eggs, lotsa tuna, lean chicken (like 300gram a day), a protein shake like once or twice a day and stuff like rice, pasta, potatoes with veggies at night. I think I'm at about 4000 kcals (some days maybe even more) a day which might be just a little too much.

ANyways, I was wondering how long do you guys think I can bulk till Im at the point where I was when I started cutting? At about 8-9% BF now, and was 12%?
