NEWBIE: Need advice

What up brahs, So i have been lifting natty for abour 3 years now. Tired of staying the same size. I have no idea where to begin. I played around with Test, but didn't see great results from it. Can someone tell me where to look, or how to start?

- lift 5x a week
- 21 years old
- 6'3, 210lbs
- want to cut down on bodyfat%, while getting bigger
- only concern is gyno (dont want that shiit obviously)

not to flame, put you down, or be an ass. but looks like 6'3 and 210 is a lil lean, I think that you aren't eating enough. Double up everything you do and eat clean. Also I personally think 3 years of lifting and you are 21 years old does not mean much and need to put in a little bit more time. You are young and wait a couple more years, eat lots more like eggs, cottage cheese, red meat, chicken and what not and it will be like you are on cycle. Slow smooth hard gains that lay the foundation to future success. IMO but im sure some more people will chime in.
