Newbie looking for some advice on testC/Dbol stack

First off I'd like to introduce myself....I have been looking and looking through forums upon forums to join but this one really caught my eye. I have been reading/searching for info over the past few hours and theres a lot of great advice on here and I'm exhausted (lol) but I just have some questions that I neeed answers regarding what I want to do.

To Start, I am 35 yrs old, 5'10" tall 205Lbs pretty solid, I could drop a few pounds of fat but I'm ok with the amount I have. It adds character ....lol
I have been training for over 15 years and 11 of those years were training with the military (infantry) on a daily basis, I know my way around the gym and have no problem cutting weight or packing on a few pounds of muscle, but heres where I need help. I have been 200ish lbs for the past 5 years and no matter how I switch up my routine/diet/trg etc... I still get the same results. My diet is not an issue, I eat healthy and if needed I can up or drop my caloric intake anytime.
I have the approval from my wife to do my FIRST stack that consist of Test Cyp and Dbol, yes after 9 years of marriage you ( I ) need approval from my spouse to do these things, plus it gives her an heads up to keep an eye out for any unusual behavior AKA: mood swings or aggression. She is also a paramedic so her approval is VERY Important if I'm gonna be jabbing my self with needles.
What should I expect for H2O retention? Muscle gains? Attitude? Moods? etc.... Anything else???????
Recommendations for days on trg to days off? I try to hit the gym 4-5 times a week

So my intention is a 10 week cycle of
Week 1-10 Test-C 400
Week 1-4 Dbol 30
PCT week???? amount????

I am gonna up my calories to 3500 or so with high protein, medium carbs & low/med fat
I do how ever need help with a PCT, Thats where I know F#@K all
What should I do after the cycle
What should I take during the cycle

I dont want too much water retention, I know its inevitable all the same.

or Should I just go with a TEST-Cyp only for my first cycle?

many beginners just do test for their first cycle. I would run that alone at 500 a week. Have an AI on hand during the cycle in case of gyno. PCT, I would do nolva, 40mg a day for two weeks and 20 mg a day for next two weeks. Also get a natural test booster such as HCGenerate. Start PCT 2 weeks after last test shot. If you're looking to gain mass I would up the calories higher than 3500.

sounds like you need some long term help in keeping those gains ,and die help.

Water retention will come mostly from those high Dianabol doses. Everybody reacts different, but based on my experience, What I would do, is run the test with dbol 10mg before workout for the same 10 weeks.
 
Hey, I've done a Test Cypionate only cycle before and the first 5 weeks were pretty dissapointing, well really dissapointing to me anyways, and then the Test kicked in and it did what it was supposed to do, weight gain, water retention the whole bloated look, but with that came unprecedented strength which was great, my friends were pretty shocked and definitely jealous. I would recommend test cypionate and d-bol 20mg ED along with Proviron 50mg ED for estrogen related side effects (i.e. Water retention). As for PCT this is what I would do:

PCT

Day 1 - Clomid 200mg + Nolvadex 40mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 100mg + Nolvadex 20mg
Following 10 days - Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg

Also diet should be higher than 3500 if you really want to grow and gain strength, my diet was 4000 cals a day.
