Looking for some advice on running bpc157, and tb500 for faster recovery. My main concern is my knees. I do play basketball and it’s on hard concrete. A few weeks ago, I jumped up for a rebound and I landed a little awkwardly on my knee. A friend of mine said that I have some water retention in my knee and that’s the problem.. any advice on if I should do 10mgs a week of tb500 and 500mcg of bpc straight into the knee?
