Newbie Intro

Hello all,

I'm the new guy. 34 years old, 6'3" 205lbs. Been lifting for almost six years. The last 2 1/2 have been the correct way. My diet is good. Heavy protein, low carbs spred over six meals. Routine is usually like this:

6:30 am Protein shake with water and a splash of OJ
9:00 am Eggs/beans & Tortilla or Ham/cheese & Toast w/coffee
12:00 pm Usually a sandwich w/fruit or veggie soup
3:30 pm protein bar or fruit and almonds
6:30 pm Chicken/beef/Pork w/veggie & rice or pots
8:00-9:00pm Work out
9:00 pm Protein shake w/water and splash of OJ plus Fish oil and Multi Vit

I have cut all desserts/sugary stuff from my diet. I drink black coffee in the morning, water all day and evening, and a glass of 2% milk with dinner

Workouts are:

Mon & Wednesday-Arms Chest & Back
Tues& Thurs- Legs core and cardio
Sat- Light cardio (biking, jogging, etc.)

What I want:

Burn the last bit of abdomin fat (I'm pretty lean every where else)
Veins
Added strength while remaining close to 205-210

I have been studying AAS for a few months. I have grown to like the idea of an Anavar only cycle. From what i've read it will help me accomplish my wants plus very few side effects and no needles (which I like).

I'm now studying PCT. Some say var won't shut you down, other say it will. I figure PCT will be a "better safe than sorry" scenerio.

I'm concerned about fake gear. What is the best way to be certain I get var and not some knock off or placebo? Lab testing?

What holes do you see in my game? Suggestions are welcome.

My training is at the house.

Mon - Bench, dumbbell decline, flies, inverted rows, chin ups, and seated cable rows
Tues- Circuit training for cardio 4-5 set of 8 excercises w/8 reps as fast as I can- then - Squats, dumbell lunges, leg extensions, and hanging knee pull ups
Wed- Bench, Incline, shoulder press, tris (skull crushers or cable pull downs), bent over rows, chin ups
Thurs- Jump rope or spints, dumbell squats, dumbell lunges, leg curls, and deadlifts- Sometimes I ride bike to stadium and run bleachers

Sat- biking or jogging. I walk my dogs 1-2 miles 5-6 weeks a night also (not intense workout but better than sitting on my ass)

My bench, incline, squats, and deadlifts (anything withthe heavy bar) are all heavy weight few reps, usually 3-4 reps 4-5 sets. My dumbell and cable work is usually lighter weight high reps, 10-12 reps 5 sets.

He eats dicks like he eats protein powder. Look @ his beefy chest, that's a lot of sword swallowing goin on there.

Where are you getting this Eggs/beans & Tortilla> is it a fast food place or something? Who made the beans? canned beans and shit that others back are filled with shitty ass carbs and sugar. Unless its fresh beans or dried beans made by you then its more then likely crap.

protein bar by who? 99% of the bars out there are filled with useless shit. Fruit ya its good in thought but its still a simple sugar in the end. So is this a post work out meal? If not drop the fruit bro.

6:30 pm Chicken/beef/Pork w/veggie & rice or pots
meh looks ok but what kind of rice? is it long grain brown rice? or is it no good for you at this time white rice? pork meh 1-2 times a week ok but don't make a habit of it.
8:00-9:00pm Work out

add maxy miaze and some bcaa's take this before the shake. I say its ok with it but some like to split it

How many coffees bro? to much caffeine can cause adrenal fatigue bro???

Bro if you want me on your ass about things I will be. Send me a pm and will start you a log on one of the forums. Ask me to be on you and I will. But like I said your diet can be fine tuned. You want that last bit of fat gone well you do not really need aas for it. Some good products and a fine tuned diet will do the trick for most people. Of course we can talk aas to but only when I feel you are being true honest and you have the dedication to deserve my aas advice. :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

Thanks for the replies. I sent the PM. I freely admit that my knowledge f diet is weak. In fact, I'll sum up hwat I know breifly. Keep the carbs low and the protien high. Stick to whole foods, the less processing the better.

What is the title of the online cook book? Where do I fionsd it?

I spent most of the day tooling around the diet and bodybuilding forum. I learned that I don't know shit about diet. I love to cook but have been cooking and eating the wrong food.

This site is great. I believe I will hold off on the anavar for a while. I need to get my shit together first. I'll be buying to book soon.

You're doing the right thing! Get your diet straight & you may accomplish what your looking for. I noticed your doing chest/arms twice per week. Even on cycle, where recovery time is quick, I recommend giving your muscles recovery time. Especially larger group like chest.
