Whassup guys, this week i begin my first cycle, (fuck yeah!), with hgh and winny. From the consensus of this board, I've learned that 50mg ed of winny should be sufficient. My main goals are to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and lose 10% body fat.

I AM MORE CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING SHREDDED THAN HUGE
My ?'s are:
Hom much hgh and when is the best time to adminster? before/after workout etc..?
What % of protein/carbs/fat is ideal?
Best places to stick? Has anyone had better results with sticking directly into the muscle(s) that will be worked out that day?
Should i go 6 or 8 weeks? I plan on drinking alcohol twice during this cycle how bad is this and/or will milk thistle be enough?
Lastly, how much water do i need to drink.
