Newbie ? Hey, u were once 2!!

Whassup guys, this week i begin my first cycle, (fuck yeah!), with hgh and winny. From the consensus of this board, I've learned that 50mg ed of winny should be sufficient. My main goals are to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and lose 10% body fat.

I AM MORE CONCERNED ABOUT GETTING SHREDDED THAN HUGE

My ?'s are:

Hom much hgh and when is the best time to adminster? before/after workout etc..?

What % of protein/carbs/fat is ideal?

Best places to stick? Has anyone had better results with sticking directly into the muscle(s) that will be worked out that day?

Should i go 6 or 8 weeks? I plan on drinking alcohol twice during this cycle how bad is this and/or will milk thistle be enough?

Lastly, how much water do i need to drink.

I think it will be pretty hard to put on 10-15lbs of muscle in 6-8 weeks on that cycle. What made you decide to go HGH and winny?

first of all your 21... yes i did my first this past spring at 22, but i had 9 years of lifting under me.. what are your stats bro?

You are essentially asking for an ENTIRE body change! (15lbs of muscle with a 10% decrease in BF)

Learn how to EAT and TRAIN.

Then learn some more...

I have a diet, and have read a shitload. I have a prescription for anything i want. This was suggested to me from my friend who got me the prescription.

I have a diet, been working out for a 5 years now, but i was interested in what,if any, changes?

What do you mean by stats?
