My advice to you is first, get your diet right.. You may think it's OK to take the juice now, BUT in this case, you are going to make yourself worse off. I know that you've probably been put off by this thread now, and are like fuck elite fitness, I'm going to just go do this on my own and figure it out.. WRONG.. don't do this.. Stick around, and read.. There is no better research out there besides on this board. I know your entrance was harsh.. But these questions deam harsh responses. Yes we were all newbs once, and we received the same criticism, some more than others. If you are going to just go do the shit now and say fuck Elite, which I would think someone whos 21 would go do. Once like many moons ago I did. At least run some test.. on low dose.. But I'm not recommending anything..
Importantly, at that bodyfat, juice is not the answer.. YET.. I'm not saying you'll never be ready for some sauce.. But you have to listen, and realize that there are essentials for becoming ready to jump on. There are plenty of sites that teach you how to inject, and proper placement. I learned from a nurse who I personally had known. She helped me out with the first few, and then showed me the proper way and sent me on my way. Since then I feel like a pro. Anyways, your diet is important.. At 175, you need to grow naturally. I would give anything to be at 175 and have the chance to restard and pack on as much muscle as possible through eating right. But I started the other way around.. at like 250.. and I juiced.. and you know what that got me.. 275.. strong as fuck, and fatter.. and now I'm paying for it trying to lose all this extra pounds that it got me from eating pizza's and drinking.. thats another thing.. drinking.. you will have to sacrifice this for juicing.. If it's too hard, don't juice.. until you decide that you don't need alcohol twice a week.. It's a rough commitment, but after a cycle, drink away your gains if you please.. but it's just going to fuck you up more if you drink during a cycle. Not recommended..
These are not miracle drugs... You would get stronger, and put on some muscle, but shit son.. I could put on 20 lbs without juice at 175 if I had a little fire in my pants.. Rethink your options.. and keep doing research.. You'll be 20 times smarter on the topic if you sit on here for a while each day and read threads.. and you'll also notice the trend with newbies, coming in here, asking the same thing.. You'll see that what was said to you in your case, is said to all in all cases, concerning improper diet.. etc.. You have lifted for 5 years, so what.. we all have mostly.. Just do the research, and study, and learn, get educated.. then cycle..
