Hello everyone!
I thought I'd say hello and thank everyone for their informative posts. After years of being obese I finally decided to change my life for the better. At 28 years old and just shy of 5'9 I weighed in at 250. Through diet and exercise additions I've managed to drop about 65 pounds (184 lbs).. While I'm proud of myself I'm not yet content. I figure I need to lose another 30-40 pounds. I've done cardio to drop the weight but I really have the ultimate goal to start weight training to build a body! Ideally I'd like to train like fitness model and get as close to that as possible.
Can someone help by providing diet/training suggestions to really ramp up my results? I'm ready to make some serious changes! I'm considering clenbuterol as well. Any suggestions?
