Newbie here. Comment on my first cycle please...

Hi everyone, I'm very new here. Got some gear and planned out my cycle as follows(my first cycle, planned out after researching), please give your honest comment.

10 weeks cycle:
week 1 - 10: 1 ml of testoviron Schering 250mg/ml every week(10 amps)

week 1 - 10: 1 ml of deca QV 300mg/ml every week(10ml)

week 1 - 10: 1 tab of proviron Schering 25mg/ml everyday(70 tabs)

week 11 - 14: Will continue proviron for 4 weeks after the 10 week cycle

week 15 - 18: Will rest for 4 weeks

week 19 - 22: 2 tabs of ephedrine 25mg/tab to cut bf together 1 ml of stanozolol twice a week 50mg/ml to prevent muscle loss due to dieting.

That's my cycle. Will be doing high protein diet.

My stats:

height: 5'7

weight: 176lbs

bf: 27%(i'm a fat ass! lol)

goal: to get rip while gaining visibly good looking muscles

training history: training on and off for the past few years, training seriously for the past 4 months

Biggest guns I had a few years back was 15"(natural), now only 13"

So that's it. I've listed out everything I've got. So will anyone kind souls out there please give your most honest comment and help me tweak my cycle as deem fit! Thank you all so much for your time!

No need for proviron. With 250mg of test, I doubt you'd develop gyno in which case, proviron wouldn't be enough. ALso running winny post-cycle is just a bad idea. Rest is rest and winny will mess up with your HPTA.

BUT at 27% BF I would rather hit the gym, change my diet, do some fat-burners (thermodexin for example) than hitting AAS.... think about it.

Great advice Manny! Karma your way.

Trip, take Manny's advice, looks to me you're not at all ready for aas. You can do so much naturally right now, this shit isn't overnight magic!

And when you do decide to do aas or if you just start w/this cycle no matter what we think --- try to have nolvadex on hand just incase of gyno and clomid to get your natural test workin' after you complete the clyle.
 
I think the doses sound good. You might try frontloading the Deca @ 600mg then drop down to 300mg weekly If you only have 10ml of 300mg Deca then frontload 600mg then drop dose back to 300mg and run it one less week than scheduled.

Cardio and diet = cuts
 
Thanks for the advice guys! I think I will follow manny's advice on dieting down first and try to max out my muscle gains doing it naturally. Then I'll do AAS if I do not grow to the size I want. If I do use gears, hope you guys will be there to advice! Thanks a million! :)
