newbie cycle (sus/dbol), comments welcome

I'd frontload with 750mg of sust the first week, then run it at 500mg every week, and up the dbol to at least 30mg if not 40mg for a total of 5-6 weeks. If you want some truly amazing results, try adding 400-600mg of Eq a week. Done this way, you will keep a lot more of your gains, and will make a lot more gains as well.
 
I think your cycle looks great as is. You won't need arimidex at those amounts. You would just be wasting your time with it. I would keep nolva on hand though or even use 10mg ed. You are using d-bol, so no need to front load in my opinion. Eq is a good addition, but I wouldn't do more than 200-300mg per week, asuming this is your first cycle. Other than the above mentioned changes, looks great. Good luck, keep us posted.

NO. at least no A.S. are missing. Since it's your first, you will grow like a MF'er. That's plenty for a first cycle. The anti-e's look good too. I don't like to hold water so I use liquidex throughout ... but not absolutely necessary with nolva on hand.

As long as your diet and training are in check ... that is more important than adding more A.S.
 
looks good bro, alot of guys are telling you to use more than what you need for your first time...stick with 250mg/wk, you'll like it if your diet is on with your training...
