I try to eat as mutch as ican healty that is..In the morning i eat 4 eggs with a 23 gram pttein bar at 11 am chicken breast sandwich w/wheat bread ,
2 pm 3/4 lb hamburger 90%lean beef w/wheat bread 4 pm protein shake,7pm steak,potato,sometimes i sub it for a chicken breast/w vegetables/potato..
10 pm 1more protein shake.,...I try to stick to this as mutch as it is humanly possible ofcours on the weekend when i am away from home i sub the meals with different things.. Plus i change my diet all together about every mounth..Some mounths my base is mor fish like tuna,salmon..
