newbie cycle question

Looking for some advice on tha first cycle I am 30,have been lifting for just over a year 179lbs...Have heard the best firs cyckle is only test and pct What do you bros think??



500mg/wk of test enanthate for 12 weeks

PCT as follows, 3 weeks after your last shot:

week 1 nolva 50mg/day
week 2 nolva 40mg/day
week 3 nolva 30mg/day
week 4 nolva 20mg/day
 
Spend another couple of years lifting unless you have a good reason for wanting to juice. If you don't know how to make gains naturally then you're likely to fall into the mindset of thinking that you can only gain on juice and you're less likely to have a good idea of how to retain any gains you make on cycle.

After just one year of lifting you have a lot of newbie gains still to milk.
 
I see any suggestions..?? I have just been doing the usual just the normal split workouts, protein and trying to eat correctly ....Any ideas???My gains have definately slowed in past 3months I started out at 160lbs...20 lbs in a year....

What do you think of the 5by5 workouts??? And do you have any otner favorite 4-5 day split workouts ya wanna share???

yeah split them up like you are and eat like a horse...1.5grams of protien per pound of bodyweight
 
Many guys have had great gains in both size and strength on the various 5x5 programs. Put a post up in the training forum.
 
I try to eat as mutch as ican healty that is..In the morning i eat 4 eggs with a 23 gram pttein bar at 11 am chicken breast sandwich w/wheat bread ,
2 pm 3/4 lb hamburger 90%lean beef w/wheat bread 4 pm protein shake,7pm steak,potato,sometimes i sub it for a chicken breast/w vegetables/potato..
10 pm 1more protein shake.,...I try to stick to this as mutch as it is humanly possible ofcours on the weekend when i am away from home i sub the meals with different things.. Plus i change my diet all together about every mounth..Some mounths my base is mor fish like tuna,salmon..

im not calling you out but 5% body fat? anyways your diet could use some work but being that your not juicing right now its actually decent.

Anways what are your goals for this cycle?
 
Well i am trying to bulk to 195-200 befoure tryng anyting fot cutting if at all bulking is my main concern right now...
