newbie, advice need!!!

I would like some input on Testosterona Enantato 200 and Norandren 200. Will this combo work well together? Anything else I need to take with it for estrogen problems, etc. ?
I am 36 6’1 228lbs. I have a fairly muscular build. I would like some advice on a work out. I work out 4 days a week. This is my current work out.
Monday
Bench Press 10-8-6
Incline 10-8-6
Decline- 10-8-6
Tuesday
Squats 10-8-6
leg curls 3x10
leg ext. 3x10
seated calf 3X10
Standing calf 3x10
donkey calf 3x10
Wednesday
Chin-up’s 3x what ever I can do
Pull downs 10-8-6
cable rolls 10-8-6
crunches 3x15
leg raises 3x15
Thursday
Curls (standing) 3x10
lying triceps curls 3x10
Preacher Curls 3x10
Triceps press downs 3x10
Finish off with dumbell curls (1 set all I can do)
Friday
Military Press 10-8-6
reverse pec mach. 3x10
One arm deltoid raises 3x10
Up right rows 3x10

I have NO diet what so ever ,I see it I eat it. I know this has to change. I want a good mass building workout thanks for your advise .
 
I would say nail your diet before going on juice,once that is perfected then consider adding gear into your life.Im not one to talk because unless I am on my diet is shite but diet is very important

for a solid routine goto the training board and look at the 5x5 routine by Needsize,it has worked great for many people,just keep it simply with training
 
I definately agree with the fact that you should nail down your diet first. Since you seem to eat everything in sight begin with surrounding yourself with the proper nutrition so that when it comes time for a binge you could throw down some quality protein and carbs rather than a bag of doritos.

So far sounds like a good stack to me yet you might want to try throwing in one more workout per bodypart (i.e. do Flat Bench, Incline, Decline, and Flys).
