Newbie 1st time AAS Cycle, Need some Help@!

Hello fellow friends...

I have a doubt on how good this cycle looks like:

1-10 Weeks= 400mg Testosterone Cypionate(1 shot every week)
1-10 Weeks= 400mg Equipoise (1 shot every week)

20 mcg of Nolvadex every day for the full 10 weeks.

PCT:

Clenbuterol: 1-6 pills a day for 4 weeks.
Nolvadex:
Week 1-2= 40mcg
Week 3-4=20mcg
HCG= None ( Should I buy this or I will just do fine with Nolva?)

My eating will range from 2,500-3,000 calories per day while on the cycle. Once off the cycle will be reducing the calories to 1,800-2,000 calories a day. All the calories will be divided in 4-5 meals a day.*Ultimate goal with the cycle will be to build some muscle, while reducing some fat and eliminating high androgenic side effects such as acne and gyno. ***Is my Nolva use ok?***

Weight: 203lbs
Body Fat: 16.3%
Lean Mass: 166.46

The cycle looks good for a 1st cycle. Why not throw in some dbol for the first 3-4 weeks? I would do 2 shots a week(mon/thur) for more stable blood levels. You note once done you will drop off calories considerably, it is at this time you actually try to increase your calories to help retain what u have achieved. I would also hold off on the nolvadex and only start to run it if you get some symptoms.
 
I think your reccomendations seem understandable. I have just read about th calorie input when going off the cycle. I will keep it the same when coming off, however, as I have read there is only a myth when it comes to using Nolva while on cycle. There is no proof that an anti-estrogen like Nolva will reduce your development by 5%-10%.

If thats the myth, I'm going for Nolvadex, I think it is better to prevent something like gyno, instead of waiting for it to come. Agree?

P.S- I was thinking of some Dianabol for the cycle, but too much $$$$ dude.

If you are over 200lbs, then you need to eat more than 4 - 5 meals and 2,500 cals. How much protein are you using? You could handle 400 g easy at your wt. I know your looking to possibly lose some fat also. So, check out the diet of shortstack in the cycle section. That looks great for lean body mass. good luck
 
I have read anything i could get my hands on about nolva reducing gains. I have not found any proof it hinders your progress. I am definitely using it all the way though my next cycle. I am eating about 200 grams of protein now off, I have no idea how I will ramp up to 400 when on. Good luck tou and let us know how it goes.

I will save this thread for future gains while on the cycle. I will first do a M1T and 4-AD cycle to see how prone I am to side effects.
