Any help will work! Thanx

You need to go to the diet and nutrition forum as well as the training forum and spend some time there working on those two aspects first before you even consider AAS bro.

You need to do A LOT of research! You can not run aas with that much bodyfat. It will hurt you way more than help you.

You need three things. Everyone is going to tell you the same thing.
1)Diet
2)cardio
3)lifting program

That's all you need.

Well, I hope you listen to the advice being given, but ultimately the choice is yours. I too advocate losing the weight BEFORE beginning your cycle. At your BF percentage, you'll be more susceptible to the aromatizing effects of the test (gyno). I'm 5'11" and 2 years ago was at 220lbs. Just through proper diet and exercise alone in 4 months I got down to 175lbs before I ran my first cycle.

so you want to lose fat and gain muscle huh? so does everyone else on here bro. its called bodybuilding. and it takes knowing how to eat and workout first and foremost. until you learn the ABC's then forget about hormones. won't do a thing for you.

PS. its NOT easy to do it, if it was then 80% of americans wouldn't be fat. you need to learn to avoid bad foods. sugars and salts

I understand the diet and exercise stuff iv been on it but I seem to not drop any wait and I feel like my natural testosterone has dropped dramaticly I'm not looking to use testosterone as a body building tool but merely something to even me out.... By budy did it and it worked great for him he lost 56lb

^^^ tell me what you ate and drank yesterday. list everything. be honest.

bottom line is you do not know how to eat correctly. and there is nothing wrong with that because you aren't born knowing that. but i think you would be shocked at the types of food you are eating now vs. what you SHOULD be eating. you will notice that its gonna take a total change of what you are putting in your mouth .. food no longer is gonna be a treat or something you do as a hobby or for entertainment.

Which is why I said that ultimately the choice is yours as I got the "feeling" that you're going to do what you're going to do. Everybody will respond "differently" to the effects of AAS. Just because your buddy got good results doesn't necessarily mean that you won't suffer any adverse effects. I too "plateaued" before. I had to change up my diet and routine before I began losing again. I still hold to my (and others) initial statement...lose it naturally before venturing into AAS.

There is a mentality here that I'm seeing more of. That drugs are the solution to the problem. Nelson touched on this a while back. AAS are DRUGS & can have SERIOUS side effects.

Your diet determines how you look

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

What about coffee I drink it black?
Like a half a pot a day

^^^ i don't drink coffee myself but its a stim.. if you drink it in the morning it can help raise your body temp for the day and speed up metabolism. however your overall diet will dictate your success in losing fat. drinking coffee won't make or break things IMO

My job and or age is taking away my motivation and will to do anything but set around i don't want to do anything after work like the gym or jog all I want to do is get home and sleep!
Basically I need energy and motivation
What do I do I thought a low low dose of test my fullfill it

Hello David, Test will give you a feeling of well being and being a bit more enegeric, A very low testosterone level is associated with low energy, reduced libido, poor concentration, and fatigue. Levels drop about 1 percent each year after around age 40 and faster in those who are overweight. The chemical structure is similar to that of estrogen. As we get older, more is converted to estrogen than in youth. Although testosterone replacement can, in some people, improve the quality of their lives, It also can improve better sleep patterns which is a plus.

I encourage you to read the This artice I wrote Esp the part for those who work odd hours in improving the way you eat during that time.

the fact you have an awful work schedule is not gonna make things easier. consider getting another job for your health. its a hard reality and I have a tough job myself too but you are flat out sacrificing your health with that awful schedule

basically NOTHING you are doing right now is doing your health any favors.

shitty work schedule
shitty diet
shitty rest

need to fix those things asap.

Thanks for the help!!!

You need to have a very good diet on a cycle or your money is just going to go down the drain.

Get your bodyfat as low as possible and then run it.

and always make sure to get your multi and liver protection on cycle(liver protection for harsh cycles that is).
