Hey guys, i currently just finished my 3rd shot of test cyp on my 2nd week(600mg/week). My nipps are becoming somewhat puffy, i've read the symptoms of gyno and im not sure if this is gyno but i would certainly like to stop/reduce this puffiness. i know i should of had liquidex on hand but i didn't (foolish) but it is on the way and will be here within a couple of days. What is a good dosage to keep this in check or eliminate it? i've been reading that .25mg EOD or .5mg every 3-4 days would do the trick.
i know that everyone is different, so for me to find out can i start with .25 EOD and if the puffiness goes away could i go down even further to .25mg twice a week or something like that?
ALSO: can i just use liquidex until sides are gone then get off of it until any sides appear again?
stats: 5'11, 203 lbs, 22
