Hello everyone, I would like your input on my physique. I have been working out for a few years now, and I would just like some tips to take it to a new level. I'd just like to know what you think. Here are a few of my stats.
Height:5'6
Weight:135lbs
Waist:28
Chest:38

Voted shredded, your bf% is nice, but you need some mass. How does your diet look like? Doesn't look like you're eating enough -/

Edit: Get some colour on that body of yours!!! so white :)

Actually Troopa, I eat like crazy, however I have a really high metabolism, and I do a lot of cardio. Also, I do almost entirely strength training, I haven't done an exercise for mass in my life. My goals have always been strength and endurance. I am thinking about entering a bodybuilding competition locally, and I know I need more mass than I have for that kind of a competition. I would like to know if anyone has any tips for putting on mass, dietwise, for a guy with a high metabolism to put on some mass, and still stay relatively cut.

im in your boat bro. when i got into it iwas 57" 118lbs., im around 150 now and i ALWAYS look shredded and defined. its good for us. just do a bulker, u and me dont have to worry about getting fat so just put on some mass and eat a lot of calories and get your 8 hrs sleep every day.

Sweet, thanks for the tip man. If you don't mind me asking, what kind of program did you follow, workoutwise, I need a switch-up in my routine, because I have been relying on the same basic workout for a while now.
